 The All-Hazards Communications Unit Leader (COML) course trains emergency responders to serve as radio communications unit leaders during all-hazards emergency operations. COML responsibilities include developing plans to effectively use incident communications equipment and facilities, managing distribution of communications equipment to incident personnel, and coordinating the installation and testing of communications equipment.

We do have some grant money available to attend this through our 2013 ECN grant.  You will need to get approval from the SEMNRAC and SEMNECB to utilize these funds.   

To do this, please contact myself and Scott Yeiter so the item can be put on the agenda. You will need to have a dollar amount that you would like to utilize.
